Fabricated from 20 SWG, 304 Grade Stainless Steel with a single skin, single plenum box construction. The box-type design is seamless welded at front, rear, and sides, raised and turned at 90 degrees. Grease gutters (50mm) run around the perimeter with a removable tray. Filters are 304 SS, 500 x 500 x 50 mm, simple to remove and clean. Flushed LED lights with heat toughened glass wired in heat resistant conduits provide excellent illumination.
Ideal for show kitchens, open cooking areas, or single-row cooking equipment setups where effective smoke and grease capture is essential.
