Fabricated from 20 SWG, 304 Grade Stainless Steel single skin, seamless welded construction. The box-type design is raised at 90 degrees on front, rear, and sides. Equipped with a 50 mm grease gutter around the perimeter and removable grease tray. Filters are 500 x 500 x 50 mm, fully welded 304 SS, simple to remove and clean. Flushed incandescent and LED lights with heat-toughened glass ensure excellent illumination, wired in heat-proof conduits.
